Mark Warner have confirmed there is a shortage of RYA qualified windsurfing and sailing instructors available in the industry!

Furthermore anyone with dual qualified status is at a significant advantage when applying for jobs commanding higher pay and better choice of locations.

This is believed to be a side effect of covid and young people being unaware of the amazing opportunities for travel and work once qualified.

We are actively seeking experienced and qualified Windsurfing and Dual Qualified Instructors to come work in one of our stunning Mediterranean beach resorts in Greece and Turkey in Summer 2023.

As a member of our dynamic waterfront team you’ll teach a full range of child and adult windsurfing and/ or dinghy courses. We offer informal group sessions, RYA syllabus courses and private one-to-one tuition. You’ll ensure all guests have a safe and fun experience whilst under your instruction.

It’s not all work and no play though! Opportunities to get out on the water will be plentiful; you could learn a new sport or explore exciting new places with like-minded friends.

Essential requirements:

- RYA Start Windsurfing Instructor AND/OR RYA Sailing Instructor

- RYA Powerboat level 2 RYA Safety Boat

- RYA Intermediate Windsurf Instructor desired but not essential

- International Certificate of Competence (ICC)

- First Aid Certificate

- UK/EU Passport holder

- UK National Insurance Number

- UK bank account

I whole heartedly recommend the windsurf instructor course and absolutely loved my time in Vasiliki. The instructors were really focused on getting our windsurfing up to scratch. I not only went from quite a beginner windsurfer to intermediate going advanced, i also gained my power boat qualification which opened up a whole new world of opportunity. We were definitely taught by the best ! Vass is a social hub full of talented people who all have similar interests and are always keen to help each other. we all gained new life long friends and useful connections in the industry. On the couse, you get 1 day off a week in which we would explore the beautiful island and all its gorgeous sights. 6 weeks of my life that i shall never forget and cherish always!

Had an incredible time on the fast track windsurfing course! I had so much fun on and off the water. The instructors were great with helping me improve both my windsurfing and teaching skills, and the dinners and themed nights out were so fun and I met some great people! Would recommend this beautiful place!

Probably the best summer of my life!! Coaches are lovely and scenery is beautiful. I did the fast track windsurfing instructor course as well as work experience after. Not only did my windsurfing improve, but also my confidence in speaking amongst strangers and various other soft skills. 10/10 would recommend :))

A great holistic program for watersports instructor training and experiencing Greece - with everything provided from fancy group dinners, nights out, theme parties, and early morning fitness, you get to see everything from sunrise to sunset! In terms of watersports, you have 24/7 access to the kit and so can advance in the sport quickly and easily become the best instructor you can be! They will also set you up with work experience after your training so that you can dive head first into the industry - just an example of how helpful they are throughout the whole course.
